Daniel Kelly is a Technology Education doctoral candidate in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education department at North Carolina State University College of Education with a minor in instructional technology. He is currently working on his dissertation examining self-efficacy measurement and impact on student achievement outcomes in engineering graphics courses. Daniel Kelly teaches introductory engineering graphics and undergraduate research methods at NC State. His main research interests are STEM student and teacher perceptions and motivations and investigating ways to increase STEM education participation among underrepresented groups. Currently, Daniel in concentrating his focus on self-efficacy, teacher efficacy, and spatial ability in both K-12 and post-secondary settings.
