Liberating Lecture from the Classroom

Demonstrations on using Educreations, Educanon, and Touchcast will be shown to aid in developing the flipped classroom model. Educreations is app that allows for pictures and whiteboard interaction. Educanon is a platform that can introduce ready-made content such as TED-Ed and YouTube where instructors and embed quiz questions and verify viewing with an automatic grade book feature. Touchcast is an interactive version of the virtual lecture where quiz questions and websites can be explored within the app. Application of all platforms will be shown, as well as student generated examples.
